Baby kitties!!
Our cat (Mew) is having kittens! She's had 4 so far & I'm not sure if she's done or not! :D It's so cool! Two black, one white & one orange. The orange one is sleeping on a pair of Braydens boxers since she had them in the laundry room & he's gonna name that one "Boxer". Hope it's a boy. Heh
So I (Miss squeemish) moved 2 of the kitties & my cat still in labor into a box since she decided to have them on the laundry room floor way back almost behind the dryer where clothes & Lord knows what else was piled up. They were even laying on a phone that fell off the shelf! So I cleared a path to her, had to move the laundry hampers, & then I took the big box I had ready for her out of my closet... & put another blanket in it. Then I took some clothes that were around her & put them in the box along with a small towel I used to move the kittens. I didn't want to get my scent all over them... Then I picked her up & put her in the box with them, & shoved the box back where she decided she wanted to be. She is such a good girl. She never even hissed at me. Poor baby, she's so tired!
And I am so excited!!! I keep turning on the light & going in there. Petting her on the head & telling her I love her & she's such a good girl & such a good mommy. Bob thinks I'm nuts! "Did you just tell the cat you love her?" Well...yeah. I do. Men! They just don't get it.
Well since this is our first time as new kitty parents I'm going to read up on it...
